Although this is possible, currently it is not an option.  Custom orders are not economically friendly for you or us. We would have to charge a pretty high premium for all the extra time and one-offs to accommodate this.
At the minute, we feel this would not benefit anyone.

The slabs themselves block some wavelengths of UV, and so does the perspex at the front of our frames.  So there is a good level of protection.  However, unless museum-grade perspex is used it will not have 100% protection.
Although most collectors would do this naturally, we would strongly advise with any collectible item to never display it in direct sunlight.

We know that a lot of larger shops will allow pre-orders very early for new releases.  However, we are a small business and will 100% prioritise customer service.  So we will only list items for pre-order closer to the release date when we know our allocations.  
This saves disappointment for customers that assume they have secured an item, just to be let down at a later date when it may become very difficult to source a replacement.
When we do release our pre-orders, actual stock levels will be added to the website to prevent over selling.  We will also update our social media without prior notices so everyone has a fair chance.  If you turn on notifications, this will give you the best chance not to miss out.

On our website we accept all forms of card payment as well as PayPal.  Cash is also accepted for any items collected.

Yes, we can offer wholesale options for businesses and events style businesses.
Items would come fully packaged as if we were selling singularly, so you can receive them and sell straight away.  No other costs to add.
We are also VAT registered so this will help you claim back some costs.  Please get in touch and we can discuss costs, lead times, order quantities and any other queries.

All offers and discounts will ONLY be promoted via our social media and applied to our website directly.  Anyone posing to offer discount codes will be a scam and have no affiliation with us.
On our site we can add many offer types and this can be automated to certain times etc, so we do not need external websites to assist.  You will clearly see discount banners/timers on individual items when we have promotions running.

Whilst these frames have been designed to fit PSA slabs, they could fit many of other companies.
We have designed these to have an interference fit for PSA meaning the slabs are held snug to prevent movement or damage.   
Other companies slabs may have minute differences to sizes and not be held as snug.  As we move forward we will test other grading companies for reassurance before ordering.

We take our listings/descriptions directly from our distributor or manufacturers.  On occasions they can pass on the incorrect description.  This means errors can occur if an item is slightly different based on release location.
We would usually get a notification of such errors, but please notify us to amend the page if you notice something.
These changes are quite noticeable with Pokémon for example, the US may have small alterations to the box contents that are offered in the UK.

If there is any item like a different TCG product or accessory not currently listed, but in fitting with our current products please get in contact and we can either order this in for you or look to stock it more regularly on our site.   With accessories, there are so many options available it is hard to stock everything.  We have to try and stock what we believe to be the most popular.

Shipping

Shipping across our site is a flat fee of £4.99.
We generally use Royal Mail Tracked 48hr for most orders. Whenever this may change due to size, weight or value; any additional cost will not be charged to you the customer.

As long as the item is still in its original condition, free from damage or tampering then this can be returned for a refund.  Just fill out the form on the 'Returns' page to help us assist with the return as fast as possible.

If you have received an item that wasn't damaged and you have found there is something missing within.  This would need to be directed to actual manufacturer (eg. Pokémon or another manufacturer).  From time to time collectors may find a promo card missing or maybe the pack quantity is incorrect, but only the manufacturer can rectify this.
We will try to assist where possible and help with who to contact.

Any parcels arriving with damage externally should be marked as such when receiving.  If you notice damage, any and all pictures or videos opening it would be a great help to claim from the carrier if a return is necessary.
For these returns, again contact us where we can assist to process either a replacement or a refund if the stock isn't available.

We will always aim to process orders within 1-2 days, ready for the next available collection by the carrier.  Delays to shipping can result from weekends, bank holidays, strikes, busier periods like Christmas etc.   
New releases can also affect timescales depending on the popularity of the release.  1-2 days will still be our aim of course, but it could be out of our control if it is exceptionally popular.

Although we do not currently have a shop/unit premises, if you contact us regarding a collection we can assist and arrange this no problem.

With a higher focus on sustainability we are endeavouring to use as much recyclable packaging materials as possible.  We use cardboard boxes, paper tape and recycled paper packing filler.
Due to the nature of our frames, these have to have better forms of packaging to prevent countless damages and returns.  As time goes on we will revisit packaging options to try to change where possible.
